What the community is saying
What does gratitude mean to you? How does it impact you? We’ve got a great community of folks practicing intentional gratitude at The Gratitude Spark – check out some of their stoes.
Gratitude is about slowing down, seeing things, acknowledging things, appreciating things. I have seen some pretty incredible changes in my life since I’ve started to keep a gratitude journal. I have found myself to be more in the moment and more appreciative of those things that I probably would have overlooked not long ago.
To me, gratitude is a life changer. It’s like a hidden superpower. It has the ability to transform our lives in ways we can’t even imagine. I’ve recently been trying to be more intentional in my practice of gratitude. The changes in my life have been incredible – I have found myself to be more at peace, more relaxed, more content, simply happier.

“Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions.
The more you express gratitude for what you have,
the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.”
